- Personalization content — the names, dates and text you type to personalize an item, and the options you choose.
- Messages — what you write to us.
- Newsletter sign-up — your email address, which form you used, and when you subscribed, confirmed or unsubscribed. Nothing is sent until you confirm.
- Account details — if you create an account, your email address and password (stored in protected form) and your order history.
- Technical data — device and browser type, IP address, and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
We don’t collect your full card number. Payments are handled by our payment providers.
3. How we use it
- To process, personalize, print, ship and support your order, including emailing order confirmations and shipping updates.

We use essential cookies to keep your bag, checkout and sign-in working. Where we use analytics or advertising cookies, we ask for your consent first where the law requires it, and you can change your choice in your browser settings or, where we offer one, through the cookie settings link on the site. Blocking essential cookies can stop the bag and checkout from working.
6. How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill your order, handle returns and meet tax, accounting and legal obligations. Other information is kept only as long as it is needed for the purposes above, then deleted or de-identified.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time. Use the contact page from the email address you used to order. We may need to verify your identity first, and we reply within 45 days.
California residents: under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) you also have the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we don’t sell it), and not to be treated differently for using these rights. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. Residents of other places with similar laws may have comparable rights; write to us and we will honor them as the law requires.
8. Children
Our store is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No online service is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
