A personal detail works best when it feels familiar to the person receiving it. These answers can help you prepare your wording and use the options shown on a product page. For order-specific questions, visit our contact page.
What can I personalize?
Use the fields offered by the design you choose. Different designs have different options, so check the product page before planning a name, a phrase or a date.
How should I enter a name?
Write it as the recipient uses it, including spaces, accents and capital letters. Check a nickname with someone who knows them if you are unsure. Read the finished entry a second time before continuing.
Where should I check the design?
Use the preview on the product page to check the details you entered. It is the design check in the ordering flow; do not assume there is a separate designer approval or a proof email after checkout. Pause if something looks wrong and ask for help before ordering.
Can I use my own photo?
The current templates do not accept your own photo or artwork. Choose from the options actually shown on the selected product rather than planning around an upload.
What if I am choosing for a group?
Collect everyone’s preferred name in one list and agree on the order of the names before entering them. Ask one person to check the final wording so conflicting versions do not slip through.
Where do I find care guidance?
Read the care information for the item you choose and any instructions supplied with it. Do not assume that two gifts with a similar appearance need the same care. If the guidance is unclear, ask about that specific product.
Where are shipping and order policies?
Read the current shipping information and returns information for the store’s terms. This guide does not replace those pages or promise an arrival date.
