1. About these terms
This website is run by Gnesty (“we”, “us”). The business behind it is Gnesty LLC. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy, Shipping and Returns pages. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to place an order.
3. Orders and prices
Prices are in US dollars. Shipping, and any taxes that apply, are shown at checkout before you pay. Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. If we can’t fulfill an order — for example because of a pricing error or an item we can’t produce — we cancel it and refund you in full.
4. Personalized items
You are responsible for the names and text you enter and for checking them. The preview shows what will be printed, and we make the item the way you ordered it. Because each personalized item is made to order, we can’t change it once it has gone into production.
We may decline or cancel an order whose personalization is unlawful, offensive or something we aren’t allowed to print, and refund you in full.
5. Payment
You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the total shown at checkout to the payment method you choose. You confirm that you are allowed to use that payment method.
6. Shipping and delivery
Processing and shipping are described on the Shipping page. Transit times are estimates given by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Customs duties, taxes and fees charged by the destination country are the recipient’s responsibility. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the order to the address you gave us.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds follow our Returns page. Personalized items can’t be returned or exchanged because you changed your mind.
8. Intellectual property
The site, its design, text, images and templates belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may use them to browse and shop; you may not copy, scrape or resell them without our written permission. You promise that the text you enter does not infringe anyone’s rights.
9. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the site: no unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity, no attempts to break or overload it, and no automated access that we haven’t allowed.
10. Disclaimers and limits of liability
The site and its content are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you, and nothing here limits rights you have by law.
11. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in force when you order applies to that order. Questions? Use the contact page.
