US shipping
Standard: $6.99 per order, arriving 7–12 business days after you order — that includes 3–5 business days to make your gift.
Free Standard shipping on US orders of $59 or more (after discounts).
Express: $14.99 per order, arriving 4–7 business days after you order.
Christmas: order by December 8 with Standard shipping for delivery in time.
Christmas: order by December 14 with Express shipping for delivery in time.

How long it takes
Delivery time = processing + transit. Orders are processed in 3–5 business days. Transit time starts when the order ships and depends on the carrier and your zone; carrier estimates are not guaranteed. Estimates are in business days — we don’t promise a fixed delivery date.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged customs duties, taxes or fees by the destination country. They are not included in our prices and are the recipient’s responsibility.

Can I ship one order to two addresses?
Not in one order. Place a separate order for each address.
How do I track my package?
Use Track an order with your order number and email. A tracking number appears there once your order ships.
My tracking hasn’t moved for days.
Carriers sometimes scan a package only at the end of its trip. If nothing changes after several business days, contact us with your order number and we’ll check with the carrier.
