How a personalized gift is made
You choose from templates with real options — characters, styles, colors and text — and the preview shows exactly what will be printed. Every design is a template: you can’t upload your own photo or artwork yet.
After you order, your gift is printed to order and shipped. Orders are processed in 3–5 business days, and shipping time is added on top. We don’t promise a delivery date we can’t see.
